Cancellation Policy

At Salon 27 your appointments are very important to our dedicated team of professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least a 36-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, all last-minute cancellations (Less than 24 hours notice) or ‘no shows’ will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Can I Pay With Cash?

Please bring a credit/debit card to pay. Cash will only be taken with exact change.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Masks are optional for all clients. We do have a dedicated “mask only” area. If you prefer to sit in this area, let the front desk know when you check in.

Can I bring my kids/partner with me?

Please come to your appointment alone. We are unable to accommodate extra guests. This includes partners and children.
