At Salon 27 we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below please feel free to contact our team. Cancellation Policy

At Salon 27 your appointments are very important to our dedicated team of professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least a 36-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, all last-minute cancellations (Less than 24 hours notice) or ‘no shows’ will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

COVID-19 Safety Info

Do I have to wear a mask?

All guests and staff will be required to wear masks. The mask must fit and cover your nose and mouth. The mask must be worn at all times while you are in the salon. If you don’t have one, we will have a limited supply available for $5 each.

Can I bring my kids/partner with me?

Only if they also have an appointment. In order to maintain safe distances in the salon and not create any unnecessary exposure, we are not allowing additional guests in the salon at this time.

Will stations be disinfected between guests?

Yes, all stations will be disinfected in between guests. In addition all staff have been certified in Barbicide disinfecting, the standard used in salons across the world to keep our tools clean.

How are you making sure guests are safe?

Each business day we will be checking temperatures with a touchless thermometer for staff and all guests. We disinfect every touch point after every client. We also require hand sanitizer for everyone coming in. You may bring a beverage with you but it must be consumed outside. We do not allow beverages to be consumed on the floor.

Can I wait in the salon for my appointment?

The waiting area will be closed. We do have room to shop around while you wait or, if you are more comfortable, you can stay in your vehicle and text the salon at 833-209-2007 to let us know you have arrived and we will communicate back when we your stylist is ready to see you.

I’m unsure about my health can I reschedule?

If you feel sick or have any symptoms, please let us know ahead of time and we will reschedule your appointment. We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is coughing, sneezing, or has an elevated temperature.

But what if I’m vaccinated?

At this time we are continuing our mask policy for all guests and staff, even if they have been vaccinated.

Can I Pay With Cash?

Currently we are only accepting electronic payments. Cash will not be accepted until further notice.
